Leggett said he "met with the Miami coaches last week and they basically told me that involving the paperwork to get in, and with them being a private school, that I wouldn't be able to get in. It was basically that with them being a private school I would have trouble getting in."
"I want the coaches and the fans of Miami to know I appreciated all of their attention and interest in me," Leggett added. "I wish them the very best."
This will be a big loss to the team. Leggett would have likely been a starting db next year.
We wish him the best where ever he ends up.
