Keion Payne Dismissed from Team

According to Susan Miller Degnan, of the Miami Herald, sophomore Keion Payne was dismissed from the Hurricane's for "violation of team rules."

Payne attended St. Thomas Aquinas and played in two games for the Hurricanes last season.  He was one of three players to be suspended for the first weekend of spring practice--the other two included OT Seantrel Henderson and LB Kelvin Cain, both of which are back competing. 

Payne is expected to transfer from Miami.
