Well once again the Miami Hurricanes failed to have a player drafted in the first round of the NFL draft. They even struck out in the second round. I think that we can all agree that many of these players who declared early should have stayed for their final year--especially Lamar Miller. With one more year at Miami, it seems that he may have cost himself a lot of money. But who knows, I am happy for all of the 'Canes who were picked up.
In case you missed out, here is a quick summary:
RB Lamar Miller - Miami Dophins (3rd round)
WR Tommy Streeter - Baltimore Ravens (6th round)
LB Sean Spence - Pittsburgh Steelers (3rd round)
DE Olivier Vernon - Miami Dolphins (3rd round)
WR Travis Benjamin - Cleveland Browns (4th round)
OL Brandon Washington - Philadelphia Eagles (6th round)
