Keith Brown Decommits from Illinois

Miami Norland LB and former UM commit Keith Brown has officially decommitted from the University of Illinois.

Brown, who is ranked the No. 9 inside linebacker in the country, first committed to Miami back in October 2010, however, he dropped the 'Canes for Illinois.

It seems that Brown may be back at Miami after all.  Brown is set to announce his final decision this Saturday during the Army All-American game.  He will choose between Miami and that pesky Louisville.

Brown told 247Sports, "there is a pretty good chance I go back to Miami."

He went on to say, "I talked to my mom and she likes the academic standpoint of Miami, and it's close to home. I know I can come in and play early right away, not that it's going to be given to you, but if you work hard, it's there."

Miami has to like their chances here, especially with Norland teammate and current UM commit Duke Johnson harping in Brown's ear.

Brown insists that "his final decision is already made and the papers are signed and he is ready to enroll early."

Would love to have him back.
